Job Description:

- Update contact details including e-mailaddresses and hand-phone numbers

- Advise/explain to residents on LUP,  opting period/-, answer anyenquiries/related issues that residents may have on LUP.

-Works Within Blocks And At precinct_ ServingNotices

-For works within the blocks, informresidents by displaying notices at notice boards. For works which directlyaffect or likely to affect the residents such as disruption of services,temporary closure of existing car parks, letter must be sent to residents inaddition to display at Notice Board. If it is anticipated that there will benoisy works that are likely go beyond normal working hours, inform affectedresidents through a letter in advance..

Job Requirement:

1.         Candidatemust possess a minimum pass in at least 5 subjects, including English, at GCE“O” Level or Nitec Certificate
