Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience acting as a dedicated Scrum Master within a software development environment.
• Certifications: Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.
• Tools: Deep proficiency with agile management tools like Jira and collaboration spaces like Confluence.
• Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Agile credentials such as A-CSM, PSM II, or CSP-SM.
• Hands-on experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Kanban certification.
• General technical background or familiarity with DevOps practices and basic programming structures.
