We are partnering with an established financial institution to hire an Accounts Payable professional to join its Finance team on a 6-month contract.

Location: North (Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, staff reimbursements and payments.

• Support indirect tax submissions and ensure transactions are accurately accounted for.

• Ensure timely payments while maintaining compliance with internal policies, controls and audit documentation requirements.

• Perform period-end closing, reconciliations and reporting related to accounts payable.

• Provide support for finance systems and day-to-day AP operational requirements.

• Participate in process improvement and system implementation projects aimed at streamlining payment workflows.

• Support the wider Finance team on other operational requirements where needed.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.

• Prior experience within banking or financial services would be advantageous.
