Job Description

Responsibilities

The Role

You will oversee all facets of Revenue Management and Distribution Strategy, primarily focusing on crafting and executing data-driven pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory controls that maximize RGI, PGI, and Total Hotel Revenue. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Front Office to ensure the hotel maintains its competitive edge and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Yield & Pricing Optimization: Develop, monitor, and adjust transient and group pricing strategies, inventory controls, and promotional offers across all distribution channels.
  • Commercial Analysis & Forecasting: Produce accurate monthly forecasts, market trends analysis, competitive set benchmarks, and detailed demand evaluations to drive profitability and RevPAR performance.
  • Distribution & Parity Management: Maintain distribution channel integrity (IDS/GDS/CRO/PMS), manage room inventory allotments, and enforce strict rate parity across all booking platforms.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Reservations to optimize group business, catering, and package offerings, driving total revenue optimization.
  • Team Development & Performance: Mentor, train, and inspire the revenue and reservations team, fostering a culture of precision, analytical excellence, and high performance.
  • Reporting: Provide critical commercial insights, market share analyses, and performance summaries to Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within a city hotel or premium brand.
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in data interpretation, revenue management systems (RMS), Excel modeling, demand forecasting, and budget management.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, and luxury consumer booking behavior.
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency with PMS, GDS, OTA extranets, RMS, and rate comparison tools, ensuring seamless distribution integrity.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex revenue strategies to Directors.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
