Responsibilities
- Experienced in Customer Service
- Able to speak, understand and write in English
- Able to understand Mandarin and English speaking customer
- Able to answer basic Technical enquiries post by customer about TV, Fridge and Washer
- Knows the Singapore Map well as need to schedule routes for Technicians to attend for appointments.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Words and Excel for Data entry
