Job Description
Responsibilities
- Diploma/Degree in civil engineering, building services, BIM management, construction management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
- Self-driven, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Hands-on experience working LTA MRT projects BIM requirements and E&M BIM coordination across different disciplines and interfacing parties.
- Strong understanding of E&M/MEP services coordination.
- Review E&M models for constructability, spatial coordination and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and SEM model.
- Participate in BIM and technical coordination meetings and independently present coordination issues when required.
- Manage model updates, coordination comments and issue tracking and ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with LTA project BIM requirements.
