RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet deadlines for various internal and external management & costing reporting
• To complete the month end costing steps in QAD for closing
• To maintain QAD product costing
• Responsible for inventory variances and making appropriate adjustments
• To provide analysis for those slow and obsolete stocks and provide NRV
• Responsible for intercompany transfer pricing
• Responsible for leading physical stock count and produce stock count results and analysis
• Responsible for product cost margin analysis on monthly basis
• Prepare stock reconciliation on monthly basis
• Responsible for Internal Audit and External Audit on costing analysis and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Costing or partial professional certification
• Minimum 2 years hands on working experience as Costing Officer in manufacturing environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
• Strong software skills especially in excel simulation model
• 5 days work per week (Mon to Fri: 8.15am to 5.30pm)
