Job Summary
You will manage guest experiences by greeting, seating, and handling reservations and walk-ins, coordinate private events end to end, liaise with multiple teams to ensure smooth event execution, maintain reservation systems, and handle guest feedback professionally in a premium hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and oversee reservations and walk-ins to create a positive first impression
Assist the floor team by taking orders and resetting tables efficiently during service periods
Coordinate private events and group bookings from enquiry through proposal, floor plan development, run sheet creation, and day-of execution
Liaise with kitchen, bar, band, and floor teams to ensure seamless event operations and adherence to plans
Maintain the reservations system and event calendar by updating information and promptly following up on leads
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and warmth to enhance guest satisfaction
Manage multiple tasks calmly and accurately during busy service times to maintain smooth operations
Organize event and service details meticulously to meet deadlines and ensure quality delivery
Use reservations/CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email to prepare proposals and manage bookings effectively
Work evening operating hours, weekends, and public holidays to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, or events environment
Immaculate personal presentation and confident, natural rapport with guests
Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous but not mandatory
