Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform Human Resource Functions & Duties and general admin roles
  • Process Payroll matters
  • Manage company attendance system
  • Prepare HR related Letters and documents
  • Handle Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 year of Singapore local working experiences in a generalist role
  • Preferable with experience handling blue-collar workers
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast-pace environment
  • Good in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good teamwork and positive work attitude and take initiative in problem solving
