Job Summary

Manage and execute daily accounting operations to ensure accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and effective cash flow monitoring. Collaborate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders to support financial integrity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records and compliance
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
• Prepare invoices and payment documentation to support revenue and expense tracking
• Compile monthly financial reports and accounts to provide clear insights into company performance
• Monitor cash flow and company expenses to maintain financial stability and support budgeting
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant parties to facilitate audits and financial transactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant accounting experience supporting core financial operations
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and accounting software to enhance reporting accuracy
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices applied in daily tasks
• Strong analytical and organisational skills to manage financial data effectively
• Good communication and documentation
