Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction and engineering projects from commencement to completion. Oversee project schedules, resources, manpower, contractors, and site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor construction project activities and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, costs, and resource requirements.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Conduct project and site meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review project documentation, progress reports, work schedules, and submissions.
• Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
• Perform other project management duties as required by the company.
