Responsibilities
Duration of Contract: 8 months
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including creating and maintaining vendor records and processing goods receipt transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable-related queries.
Prepare and maintain AP documentation for queries, clarifications and audit-related matters.
Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Outlook and Excel.
Experience in Accounts Payable, finance administration, or accounting support will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and documentation.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
