• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in bio-medical, human/veterinary science or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years working experience in sales or training, in the field of medical or veterinary is preferred 
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Extensive customer interface and training skills 
• Able to travel frequently outstation. 
• Possess own transport & valid driving license D 
• Position is also open to fresh graduates 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs, deliver product demonstrations, and support the validation/evaluation of new diagnostic systems.  
• Maintain deep knowledge of the current and future veterinary diagnostic product portfolio.  
• Provides onsite support to veterinary practices, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings and is responsible for the overall business health and customer satisfaction 
• Assist practices with all aspects of implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution on all veterinary diagnostics products.  
• Schedule and implement system installation customer training – complete checklist 
• Responds to requests for onsite technical support, providing prompt and accurate technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system problems for veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings to improve product performance 
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, webinars and seminars to study customer needs, learn about new developments and understand new technologies. 
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to help drive product innovation and ensure company solutions meet market demands, keeping a pulse on the competition at the same time! 
• Work collaboratively with sales team throughout, driving commercial growth and ensuring seamless product positioning. 
• Work closely with the sales team and field service team during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.
