About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Melaka.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.

This is a Melaka-based position, with occasional travel to customer sites and other locations across Peninsular Malaysia when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product briefings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers on pricing and commercial terms where appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Visit customers and attend meetings or site visits when required.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel occasionally when required for customer meetings, site visits, or business activities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and reliable transportation.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering, technical products, or services will be an added advantage.
