We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our growing company and help us build a strong, positive, and high-performing workplace.

Salary: SGD $4,000 – $6,000/month

5-day work week

Office/Hybrid arrangement

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain positive employee relationships.
• Support employee performance management and development initiatives.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Handle employee enquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Organise staff engagement activities, training, and company events.
• Work closely with management to support manpower planning and HR strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.

We're Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Local/Private Degree holders are welcome.
• Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, responsible, and meticulous with details.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices will be an advantage.
