JOB DESCRIPTION

1.     Responsible for attending incomingcustomer enquiries, propose suitable products and provide remote support to externalsales team for technical information requirements and necessary customersfollow up during their absence.

2.     Reports to the Sales andTechnical Manager to support on sales and technical related matters.

3.     Support sales and project initiatives,e.g attending online meeting, communicate with external vendors for sourcing ofproducts and services for the fulfilment of customer’s enquiries and orders.

4.     Coordination with otherdepartments to ensure correctness of offer and address any customer’s technicalconcerns relating to offered products and/or providing deliveries updates tocustomers.

5.     This role has progressionopportunities to Outdoor Sales Engineer, Technical Engineer or Project Engineer.

Requirements

1.     Minimum Diploma in anytechnical engineering discipline.

2.     Preferable 1-to-2-year workexperience in a Technical / Service / Sales related supporting role or as an InsideSales or Technical Support.

3.     Knowledge in mechanics, fluidsystems, piping, tubing, valves, fitting will be an advantage.

4.     Experience in relation to the Oil& Gas industry is advantageous but not a requirement.

5.     Basic to intermediate use of MSOffice; Outlook, Excel, Word is a requirement.

6.     Good communication skills inwritten English and able to converse in both English and Mandarin is arequirement.

7.     Good Customer Service and asincere personality required to communicate directly with both customers andvendors.

Others:

1.     Able to understand simpleP&ID is advantageous but not a requirement.

2.     Knowledge and experience in analyticaland instrumentation industry is advantageous but not a requirement.

3.     Technical and product training willbe provided.

4.     Permanent full-time positionand 5 days’ work week.
