Job Description

• Coordinate production department activities

• Ensure proper machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary

• Perform troubleshooting when errors occur

• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Production scheduling

• Staff scheduling

• Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals

• Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled

• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production

• Employee orientation and training

• Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker’s problems

• Ensure workplace safety

• Daily reporting to the management

. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Possess at least O Level.
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• Shift Working Hours Pattern
• Working day pattern: 6 days per week.
