Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Valuer role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Property Valuer will carry out property inspections, collect and verify relevant market and property data, and prepare valuation reports for various property types. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing comparable sales and rental data, and applying appropriate valuation methodologies in line with professional standards. The role involves liaising with clients, estate agents, and internal stakeholders to clarify instructions, manage timelines, and address valuation-related queries. The Property Valuer will also maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory and professional requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills, with experience assessing different property segments.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Valuation, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local property market trends and relevant regulations in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in using valuation software, MS Office, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work within deadlines.
  • Membership or eligibility for membership with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia) is an advantage.
