With a customer-centric approach, the company focuses on delivering personalised wellness solutions that help clients improve their overall health and well-being. As part of its expansion, they are looking for passionate individuals to join their growing team.

Position: Wellness Therapist
Location: OUG / Bandar Puteri / Sri Petaling / Segambut (all outlets need people)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional wellness consultations and recommend suitable wellness programmes based on customers' needs.
• Perform wellness therapy treatments in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Educate customers on wellness practices and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor customers' progress and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
• Work closely with the team to achieve service quality and business objectives.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in the wellness, healthcare, beauty, spa, or related industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a keen interest in the wellness industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and passionate about helping others improve their well-being.
• Willing to travel between company outlets when required.
• Possess own transportation.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM3500 (up to 4k depend on experience and expected salary) + Comission
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Allowance: Subject to performance

Working days:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00PM
Saturday: As required, depending on operational needs

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
