What The Role Is

You are responsible for the running of the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) Training Command hub's operations and development of strategic partnerships for continuous learning. You will propose, develop, and implement development plans to operationalise the hub, execute training development matters, and manage various hub operations.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop the outreach strategy to optimise learning opportunities and prioritise partnerships with external entities
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external entities as the key ground liaision for the Service
• Analyse training needs that are cross-domain and DIS-wide, and develop out-of-schoolhouse training and accreditation pathways to address them
• Report on external studies, analysing their strengths, offerings, and relevance to DIS training requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies to drive transformational efforts for the hub and DIS training
  
  Challenge(s)
• Needing to continuously review and distil complex, fragmented, and rapidly evolving technical requirements into coherent, actionable training proposals
• Evaluating the merits of external offerings across learning content, delivery, and vendor performance, while maintaining a good understanding of a broad range of training needs
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in any discipline
• Prior experience in training, curriculum development roles, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess basic Information Technology (IT) skills
