Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Professional certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
