Limbheim Studio Hiring! Full Time Lead 3D Artist in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D Artists 
• Assign tasks and oversee quality standards and project deadlines 
• Provide constructive feedback, conduct asset reviews, and support team members through regular guidance 
• Create and refine 3D models for the project 
• Maintain a consistent visual style and high artistic quality across all assets 

Requirements: 

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead 3D Artist 
• Strong hands-on 3D modeling skills, including hard-surface and/or stylized asset creation 
• Proficiency in ZBrush, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software packages 
• Solid understanding of game asset production pipelines, geometry optimization, and texturing workflows 
• Good understanding of anatomy 
• Experience working with game engines is a plus 
• Experience mentoring artists, conducting reviews, and providing actionable feedback 
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership over the final quality of assets 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to make independent decisions and effectively manage the workflow of a small team 
• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing game-ready models and environment assets 
• Understanding of modern game art pipelines and content production processes
