Job Summary

A restaurant management trainee role providing hands-on training in restaurant operations, financial management, customer service, food safety, and staff supervision to develop future restaurant management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant manager in coordinating daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Deliver attentive customer service by greeting and serving guests to enhance their dining experience
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment to meet hygiene standards
• Manage inventory by assisting with stock monitoring and ordering supplies to prevent shortages
• Train and supervise staff to improve team performance and service quality
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports to support effective restaurant financial management
• Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
