Responsibilities:

• Supervise and actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including physical activities, system updates, and reporting
• Work alongside the team on physical tasks to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of warehouse operations
• Controls and prevents any human error made during all handling process and keep good record of operation related documents
• Maintain warehouse security, ensure tidiness, and promote an organized, safe working environment with well-maintained equipment
• Investigate & follow up the discrepancy, accidents, complaints from customer or other departments, and proposes actions to management
• Support the Logistics Manager in executing assigned supervisory functions and logistics activities
• Assist in managing the performance of internal staff and external service providers to achieve operational excellence
• Assist in the control of logistics cost and ad-hoc project or any assigned duties e.g. Mid-Year and Year-End Stock Take events

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in warehouse operations and fleet management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Hold a valid forklift operation license
• Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure while demonstrating integrity and cost-consciousness
