Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial data, accounting records and management reports to support the company’s financial operations.
Perform monthly account reconciliations, review discrepancies and ensure accounting records are accurate and properly maintained.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journals, schedules and supporting documentation.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, payment processing and outstanding balance follow-up.
Analyze expenses, project costs and financial variances, and provide reports and findings to management.
Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analysis for management review.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and relevant requirements.
Support auditors, tax agents and management by providing relevant financial information and supporting documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance or financial analysis.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and account reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software/ERP systems.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
