Job Description

Responsibilities

Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning teams to maximize daily performance.

Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning meets health, safety, and contract standards.

Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor stock levels for cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, ordering replacements within budget.

Client Relations: Address client feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain service-level agreements.

Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, proper chemical handling, and equipment upkeep
