Responsibilities
This role will Plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials to ensure a timely flow of materials in support of master production schedule; interface with Production, Manufacturing Engineer, and other required personnel to achieve the goal; conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality, environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures. You will be reporting to production manager based in Singapore.
You will Maintain production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, and capacity constraints.
Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address changes in demand, material shortages, or operational disruptions.
Coordinate production priorities with MPS.
Analyze material requirements and ensure timely availability of components and raw materials
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Work closely with procurement and suppliers to expedite critical materials.
Review and manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) outputs.
Manage production orders from release through completion.
Monitor customer order status and ensure on-time delivery commitments.
Communicate risks and recovery plans to stakeholders.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production departments.
Coordinate inventory movements and material allocation.
Drive initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.
Recommend improvements to planning systems, processes, and reporting tools.
Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying price.
Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
Monitoring and managing inventory levels.· Developing and communicating shipment schedules.· Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
Yearly stock preparation (Stock take notice, process, paperwork)
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
2 years' Experience in production planning, logistics management, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP.
Knowledge of electronic hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting.
Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
SQL, Power BI or any AI related experience
