HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (TRILINGUAL) - MAG PROJECT

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Start Date: 7 September 2026 ( Candidates who can start in September are preferred)
Basic Salary: RM3,000
KPI Allowance: Up to RM300

Language Requirement: TRILINGUAL – (Mandarin + Bahasa Malaysia + English)

Working Hours

• Shift window: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (9.5 working hours per day)
• 5 working days per week (Includes weekends & public holidays)
• Rotational shift

Job Scope

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional customer support via phone, email, or other assigned channels.
• Assist customers with product, service, account, or general enquiries.
• Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Record and update customer information and case details accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain good customer service standards and achieve assigned KPI/performance targets.
• Follow company procedures, guidelines, and service standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Able to start on 7 September 2026

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
