Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation support for the company. The successful candidate should have good driving skills, a clean driving record, a flexible attitude, and be willing to assist with simple maintenance-related tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the Company Director / management and other authorised personnel.
• Drive company vehicles to meetings, appointments, business functions and other destinations as required.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained and in good operating condition.
• Conduct basic checks on the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, engine oil and other routine matters.
• Send the vehicle for servicing, inspection or repair when required.
• Assist with simple maintenance or general support tasks when necessary.
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company and management matters.
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, servicing and related expenses where required.
• Be willing to work overtime or outside normal working hours when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant driving experience, preferably as a Company / Personal Driver.
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence.
• Able to drive different types of vehicles safely and confidently.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes in Penang and surrounding areas.
• Good driving record with a strong sense of responsibility and road safety awareness.
• Able to communicate and interact professionally with management and colleagues.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and well-presented.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
• Adaptable personality and able to handle different work situations professionally.
• Willing to assist with simple maintenance and general support tasks when required.

Working Environment

This position requires flexibility in working hours, particularly when transportation support is required outside normal working hours. The successful candidate should be dependable, adaptable and committed to providing professional service at all times.
