Education:

• Preferable Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics / Commerce or equivalent.

Skill:

• Knowledge in manufacturing environment especially in house care, personal care, skin care, cosmetic.
• Experience of export/import process and plus point, if has a knowledge of cosmetic industry.
• Sales oriented personality

Experience:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in the OEM/ODM such as those has working experience as Customer Service / Sales Executive / Purchasing Executive / Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial team on new product developments, from scratch to product finalization. Work with R&D, Technical, Purchasing, Planning, QA and Production team, ensure all information is passed down the line before actual product launching. Mianly Project management tasks.
• Customer service and able to resolve problems, following up complaints, managing export/import issues, supporting audits etc.
• Submit quarter costing to customer and ensure approvals are obtained prior to the new quarter, according to the stipulated timeline.
• Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; explore new customer opportunities.
• Track customer’s payments for the delivery.
• Market research, identify trends and share the information to customers, including packaging and formulations. Suggest marketing claims and prepare presentation files to customer.
• Manage to attend exhibitions to bring in new customers and study the trends. And any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
