We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Assistant General Manager to partner with our General Manager in overseeing company operations and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

Company Operations Oversight

• Oversee all company operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across all departments
• Ensure all departments operate in alignment with company strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor department heads, managers, and key personnel
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
• Ensure effective communication across all departments

Financial& Business Management

• Support budget preparation and financial planning for company operations
• Monitor departmental expenses and identify cost-optimization opportunities
• Analyse financial reports and provide insights to senior management
• Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis

People Leadership

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Management Team.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, and establish performance expectations and annual objectives.
• Build a professional and collaborative working environment across the company

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15 years and above of progressive experience in operations management, general management, or business operations in an international company
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
