· Maintenance & Calibration

ü Carry out regular preventive maintenance of machines and instruments.

ü Inspect site installation works for quality and compliance.

ü Prepare and deliver certificates of completion accurately and on time to customers.

· Installation & Commissioning

ü Perform onsite installation, commissioning and Acceptance Tests.

ü Inspect site installation works for quality and compliance.

ü Install heating cables and temperature sensors and connecting to junction boxes.

ü Specialist in heat tracing systems.

· Troubleshooting Support

ü Diagnose and resolve faults in Gas and Steam turbine insulation systems and auxiliary equipment like Thermocouples.

ü Determine scope and nature of faults/damages in consultation with in-house technical support team and advise customers on appropriate corrective actions including necessary spares, consumables, and accessories required for smooth machine operation.

· Documentation & Reporting

ü Submit timely and accurate service reports, daily progress reports, timesheets, photo documentation, acceptance certificates, JSA and installation/calibration documentation for further processing.
