Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy Management

Develop the company's overall financial strategy and long-term development plan.

Provide financial decision-making advice to the CEO and board of directors.

Develop annual budgets, operating plans, and capital planning.

Analyze the company's profitability, cash flow, and return on investment (ROI).

2. Financial Management

Responsible for the company's overall financial operations.

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage the general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and cash flow.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

3. Budget and Cost Control

Develop annual and departmental budgets.

Control company operating costs and improve profit margins.

Analyze cost structure and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Monitor the budget execution of each department.

4. Cash and Financing Management

Manage the company's cash flow.

Develop financing plans and funding arrangements.

Establish cooperative relationships with banks and investment institutions.

5. Risk Management and Compliance

Establish internal financial controls.

Control financial, tax, and operational risks.

Ensure compliance with Singapore's IRAS, ACRA, GST, and other regulations.

Cooperate with external and internal audits.

6. Investment and Business Analysis

Evaluate investment projects and mergers and acquisitions.

Analyze market, financial, and operational data.

Provide financial analysis for company expansion and new business development.

Develop capital investment plans.

7. Team Management

Manage the entire Finance Department.

Develop team members including Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and Accountant.

Establish performance evaluation and talent development programs.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,619.22 per month
