Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit tender

- Attend site valuation, measurement, supervision, discussion and meeting.

- To liaise with client, main contractor, sub contractor, consultant, architect, consultant, supplier and other parties involve in the projects.

- Controlling & monitoring pricing and costing

- Prepare monthly progress claim and verify sub contractor’s claim

- Regularly monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Must possess at least Diploma in QS or equivalents.

- Preferred skills : Autocad & Microsoft Project

- Good interpersonal skills & negotiation skills

- Willing to travel

- Possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
