Create high-converting ad creatives aligned with target markets and product positioning, leveraging strong creative intuition.
Demonstrate data sensitivity by continuously monitoring campaign metrics, enabling timely identification and escalation of performance issues.
Qualifications:
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, and results-driven mindset.
English Proficiency: Excellent reading and writing skills (primary work scenarios include English-only advertising platforms and independent creation of English ad copy).
Proven data sensitivity and basic data analysis capabilities to inform decision-making.
