Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Policy and SOP Analysis:

- Assist in the review and analysis of policies and SOPs to ensure legal compliance and operational alignment.

- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Risk and Gap Analysis:

- Conduct detailed risk assessments to uncover potential operational and legal vulnerabilities.

- Propose and implement practical solutions to enhance compliance.

3. Policy Development:

- Support the standardisation and enhancement of organisational policies, governance and risk frameworks.

- Ensure policies are enforceable, practical, and aligned with best practices.

4. Monitoring Framework Support:

- Assist in creating monitoring tools and systems for tracking compliance and mitigating risks.

- Collaborate with departments to ensure adoption of governance and risk frameworks.

5. Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Prepare detailed reports on governance and risk management findings.

- Present insights and updates to management and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

Educational Background: Expertise and knowledge in Law, Engineering, Technology and Business Management is an added advantage.

Experience: 3–5 years in governance, compliance, risk management or similar roles.

Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex issues.

Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and teamwork abilities to engage with stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical and operational systems is an added advantage.

Professional Development: Interest in obtaining professional certifications to expand expertise.
