Full Time Accounts Payable Specialist - Thai Speaker Jobs, in Net2Source Inc. Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing / P2P.
• Fluent in Thai and English; Thai language is mandatory.
• Experience in invoice review, validation, matching, and processing.
• Good knowledge of AP processes, vendor reconciliation, and payment queries.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices accurately and within SLA.
• Validate invoices against PO, GRN, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor queries.
• Support Thai-speaking vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end closing.
• Prepare AP reports and analysis using Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Domain: Finance / Accounts Payable / P2P
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Technical: ERP, MS Office, Advanced Excel.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
