Job Description / Responsibilities : -

• Handle a full spectrum of accounting and internal audit functions.
• Manage day to day accounts & internal audit operations.
• Perform full set of accounts, ensure the accuracy of all accounting transactions, timely closing of monthly accounts and reports deadlines are met.
• Check and verify all business transaction records and ensure source documents are in order.
• Perform Cost tracking and monitoring, budgeting and control, and working closely with various business units teams to analyse margins, variances, and cost.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial and ratio analysis and commentary.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial statements, payments and cash-flow management reporting for submission in a timely manner.
• Fully responsible for Product Costing
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary to ensure all matters relating to audit, tax, banking and statutory requirements have complied.
• Review and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
• Respond to management for any financial and accounting queries in a timely, clear and concise manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in the accounting process and reporting.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records and confidentiality of company information and records.
• Perform all other accounts related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the Management.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent such as ACCA/CIMA.
• Have experience working in manufacturing company.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
• Results oriented with strategic and operational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details.
• A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience leading a team and a dedicated team player.
• Direct report to Financial Controller

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
