Customer Support (Japanese Speaker) | Malaysia

We are currently supporting our client in Malaysia for Japanese-speaking Customer Support role.

This is an opportunity for Japanese professionals looking to gain international work experience and build their career in a multicultural environment while supporting Japanese-speaking customers.

Job Details

Location: Malaysia

Salary: RM 9,500 + Allowances

Working Hours: Rotational shifts – 9 hours per shift, 5 days a week

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, chat and email
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow established processes and service standards to deliver a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Must hold a valid Japanese Passport
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service or customer-facing experience is preferred
• Candidates with experience in Sales, Hospitality, Retail, Recruitment or other customer-facing roles are also welcome to apply
• Basic to good English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
• Comfortable working rotational shifts
