Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and materials meet the required standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
• Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available according to site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, technical matters, and site issues.
• Coordinate inspection and testing works with consultants and relevant parties

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Good knowledge of construction methods, processes, and site practices.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and construction documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to work at construction sites and travel between project locations when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
