Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced GP Sales Representative to drive sales performance and build strong relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on promoting nutraceuticals/healthcare products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and detail company products to General Practitioners, clinics, and relevant healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GPs and clinic staff
  • Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Execute territory plans and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular field visits and ensure optimal call coverage
  • Organize and participate in product presentations and clinic activities
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical/GP sales representative
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a GP channel
  • Strong network with General Practitioners and clinics preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for territory coverage)
