Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Handle full set accounts (AP/AR/GL) of various entities and month-end closing
- Preparation of management accounts from monthly revies
- Preparation of cashflow forecast
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of all corporate tax return
- Handle quarterly GST reporting and queries
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports in accordance with accounting standards
- Coordinate and issue payments to vendors
- Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, workflows, and accounting policies
- Assist in audit and tax-related matters
- Other Finance/Accounting tasks as and when requires
- Other admin duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy Finance or equivalent
- Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, able to work independently, and a proactive team player
- Proficient in MS Office
