Job Summary

Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and standards, manage kitchen operations, maintain hygiene, monitor food stock, and assist in menu planning to ensure quality and efficiency in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food preparation standards to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Monitor and maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency for all dishes served
• Prepare ingredients and manage daily kitchen operations to support efficient food production
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to comply with food safety regulations
• Monitor food stock levels and minimize food wastage through effective inventory management
• Assist in menu planning and development to support new dish creation and menu improvements
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to company standards to meet customer expectations
