Responsibilities :

• To assist in daily general office operation matters, including sending or collecting documents from various parties.
• To assist in purchasing essential items for office consumption when its necessary.
• To ensure all items are delivered accurately and on time to customers or recipients.
• To assist in daily banking-related matters such as cheque deposits.
• To maintain proper records of deliveries and collections, including obtaining acknowledgments.
• To ensure the assigned motorcycle is well-maintained, serviced, and kept in good condition.
• To safeguard all company documents, parcels, and information with confidentiality.
• To plan delivery routes efficiently, manage time effectively, and report any delays to the supervisor.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Experienced in despatch role is preferred. Fresh candidates with good attitude may be considered.
• Valid motorcycle and/or car driving license (Class B2 / D) with clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and locations.
• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
