We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As Inside Sales Representative , you will:

Sales Support

• Support MAMs, RAMs and CAMs with quotations, BoMs, asset reports and sales requests.
• Manage SFDC updates, sales cadence, CPQs and Deal Registrations.
Ensure accurate and timely sales administration.

Renewals

• Manage assigned renewal opportunities from Distributor Partner End User.
• Proactively follow up to ensure renewals are completed before expiry.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and refresh opportunities.
Maintain accurate renewal pipeline and forecast.

Lead Generation

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up and qualify marketing-generated leads.
• Arrange customer meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Direct Sales

• Manage the unnamed, house account new business and all small business renewal opportunities end-to-end and overseeing Ent & Commercial Renewal.
• Engage directly with partners, distributors and end customers.
• Conduct virtual meetings and manage deal progression.
Own personal sales forecast and achieve assigned targets.

Team & Customer Focus

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and distributors.
• Provide excellent customer experience and represent the Fortinet brand professionally.
• Work closely with the sales, channel, marketing and technical teams.
Proactively suggest ideas to improve business growth and sales efficiency.

We are looking for:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

• 5+ years of experience in the related field.
• Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide and externally.
• Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals
Basic understanding of WI-FI and its’ use in the market
