About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Engineer/Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This permanent position offers a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, a competitive basic salary, and performance-based bonuses. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead technical discussions with clients regarding their cooling system setups and energy efficiency goals.
• Provide expert advice to both internal teams and external stakeholders on energy optimization strategies.
• Analyze clients’ cooling systems to assess current efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop cost-effective, high-level design proposals and strategic solutions for prospective clients.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with external engineering partners for project execution.
• Engage with OEM equipment suppliers across the region to support project needs.
• Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance team capabilities and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
• Excellent commercial acumen and business insight.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
