Responsibilities:

• Provide research and operational support for Hong Kong property matters, including information collection and verification, preliminary analysis, and market or site research

• Monitor and review property market reports, industry news and market developments, and maintain relevant databases and research records

• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, presentations and project materials

• Perform other duties and assignments as required
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder

• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience preferably in property research, market intelligence data management, property agency, consultancy or related files

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinses and English. Fluent in Putonghua

• Strong analytical and organizing skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience in data collection, cleansing, reconciliation and quality checking

• Knowledge of database, data automation tools, such as SQL or Python, is an advantage but not essential
