Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and schematics for machinery, machine tools, and mechanical components using CAD software.
Testing and Validation:
Build prototypes of industrial tools and run stress, thermal, or performance tests to ensure safety and reliability.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose equipment failures, investigate operational breakdowns, and implement effective repairs or design modifications.
Manufacturing Support:
Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and drive design-for-manufacturability improvements.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, estimate budgets, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
