Provide professional spa, massage and beauty treatment services to customers.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments or services.
Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the treatment.
Prepare treatment products, towels and necessary supplies before and after treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area and equipment.
Monitor and replenish treatment products, towels and other supplies when required.
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from different backgrounds.
Responsible, customer-service oriented and able to work well as part of a team.
Willing to work towards service and business targets.
