Responsibilities
Supervise Electrical Installations: Oversee the laying of electrical conduits, wiring, trunking, and data cabling hidden behind partition walls, ceilings, and flooring.
Fixtures and Fittings: Direct the installation of light fixtures (LED strips, track lights, chandeliers), power points, switches, distribution boards (DB), and smart home/office automation systems.
Excluding Lifts: Focus entirely on building interiors. Responsibility explicitly excludes any vertical transportation systems (passenger/cargo lifts or escalators).
Testing and Commissioning: Prepare documentation and lead the troubleshooting, circuit testing, and final turn-on commissioning before handovers.
